Inclusion works and it benefits everyone! FIRE Foundation of Wichita strives to make inclusion for children with disabilities a reality within our Catholic schools. Through its fundraising, FIRE Wichita allows students with special needs to share in the unique opportunities that only Catholic schools offer our children: the opportunity for a quality and supportive education in an environment that is faith-filled. 100% of the funds we raise go toward Catholic school and educator support in the diocese of Wichita. We go the distance in a consultative approach with our partner schools, providing opportunities for teacher training and professional development, funding staffing requirements, and acquiring necessary adaptive technologies. We break down barriers so that schools feel empowered to say "YES!" and open their doors to children of all abilities. We are a parent-founded organization and believe in open and honest channels of communication between our parents and partner schools. Together our "INCLUSION REVOLUTION" inspires all of us to live our Catholic faith more fully. We are all God's children and we belong together!
